In the last six months, Lido Key condo sales have seen some action. Taking a look at the Sarasota MLS, the lowest price condo to sell in this time period was at Lido Harbor Towers. The condo was listed at $270,000 and the selling price was $260,000. Lido Harbor Towers was built in 1970, and residents are not allowed pets in this complex.

The Beach Residences and Orchid Beach Club both were built in 2005. Part of the Ritz Carlton, the Beach Residences amenities are as outstanding as you would expect from a Ritz Carlton property. St Armands Towers, condos on Lido Key, were built in 1968. There are two building with 121 residences. Both building are directly across the street from the Lido Key Public Beach.
