Lido Key Condo Sells at Lido Harbour Towers

Judi Kerzner of the John Allen Team just sold a condo on Lido Key at Lido Harbour Towers.  The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and has been updated.  The list price was $650,000.  The updating included maple cabinets and granite countertops in the kichen as well as new stainless steel appliances.  The spectacular views were especially appealing to the new foreign owners.  Lido Harbour Towers amenities include:  priviate underground parking, security, swimming pool.  Residents enjoy walking on Lido Beach, kayaking off Lido Key Park (pictured above), in addition to the close proximity to St. Armands Circle.
