Heading out to show Lido Key condos to customers from Delaware this morning. We have appointments at two condos on Longboat Key also. Showing schedule includes: Privateer, Lido Surf and Sand, Lido Beach Club, and St. Armands Towers. All of the condominiums are priced under $800,000. Each unit has a minimum of two bedrooms, two baths and view of Gulf.Gulf front condos are much more affodable now that prices have adjusted.
